Estée Lauder eGift Cards cannot be used in freestanding retail stores, airports or department store locations. Estée Lauder eGift Cards may be redeemed only for merchandise and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

Redeeming Estée Lauder eGift Cards at Estée Lauder Online
Visit www.esteelauder.com and select the items you want to purchase and click "Checkout". On the Billing Page enter your Estée Lauder eGift Card Number and PIN along with a valid credit card. If the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your Estée Lauder eGift Card, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your Estée Lauder eGift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card. If the amount of your order is less than the value on your Estée Lauder eGift Card, your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your Estée Lauder eGift Card.
Only one Estée Lauder eGift Card may be used per order.
